ICD Services is able to look after your plants while you are away. Just let us know what you want watered and when, and we will look after them.

Regular visits, either monthly or as needed to check security and maintenance. This can satisfy insurance requirements.

✓ Turning the heating or cooling on at the property

ICD Services is able to ensure your house is nice and warm for your arrival in winter, or nice and cool for that summer heat.

✓ Linen Services

ICD Services is able launder your linen for you. We are more than happy to also take your linen to your beloved dry cleaner on your behalf.

✓ Restocking Household supplies

ICD Services is able to stock the fridge up for your arrival, or top up any household supplies on your behalf.

✓ Liaise with people at the property

ICD Services is able to come and greet guests on your behalf. Or maybe you need someone to meet with a contractor to gain them access to the house.

✓ Collecting your mail

ICD Services is able to pick up your mail and forward on to your desired destination.

✓ Giving the house a freshen up

ICD Services is able to give the house a freshen up with opening up the windows, cob webbing and some dusting of the house.

✓ Putting out the bins

ICD Services is able put the bins out for you and head back the following day to bring them back in so you aren’t hit with a nasty fine from the council.

I admit I feel a little guilty having someone else clean my house, but ICD do such an amazing job that my guilt subsides! I booked a one-off clean, but will continue to use them. They did everything they said they would do and even emptied the rubbish bins. Thank you ICD!
